this afternoon, i had the privilege of seeing the dalai lama, at a small gathering in a town park in woodstock, new york. the energy was incredible, and he was so sweet, and powerful in both his words and his very presence. i'm still in awe, the whole thing was so surreal

when i saw him last year, i stayed in this blissed out, in awe state for weeks.

going to things in dc is always so amazing.
