i vote for jeff buckley tribute. have you heard john legend's take on him yet? search for the song "show me" off the new album. it's gorgeous.

hey, your vote won, i just got back! each performance was so moving, and it was fascinating to hear so many different voices channeling jeff's songs-- and covers of *his* covers, like (siiiigh) "hallelujah". it was surprising how close some of the singers were to his style and rich soulfullness, too. yay, good choice.

aw, don't be jealous! plan a trip yourself :)

you should invest in one of those lil mini travel hair dryers! then you could take it wherever you go and use it to speed up the process of drying your clothes. :P

ha ha-- clever idea, but the idea is to try and *lighten* my load, not add to it! i'm already looking forward to sending my "cold weather gear" home once i head for hawaii; ugh why did i ever bring two scarves and two zip-up sweaters??
