Isn't Mushishi amazing? :) We aaalmost finished the series, but stopped watching it for whatever reason. Really great stories, though. Thanks for the headsup about it on hulu/funimation. We'll have to start watching it again.

I love the first artcard, of the monster! Its face is SO cute!

I fell in love with Mushishi after two episodes. I've got more fanart sketches that I'll have to scan sometime, mostly of Ginko. The anime stops at 26 episodes, but the manga has more stories and it's still being released, I think. :)

Ahh, been meaning to comment on your posts for ages. The work you've been doing is so beautiful. And I'm just amazed by these projects you set for yourself - such an inspiration.

And oh, Mushishi! That painting is incredibly lovely, and I think the lighting is just exquisite. I'd love to see more of your fanart for this. Really seems to be perfect for your style and eye for nature.
