Back from Vacation

So in spite of not posting for over a year, I guess I expect you guys to be out there listening. I'm back from Hawaii, we went to the island of Kauai for ten wonderful days. I'm dreading going back to work tomorrow night, back to the grind. It'd be ok if I weren't insane and worked tons of overtime. I'm going to work Tues, Wed, Thurs, then off

Talking to someone will really help! Meds can only go so far and yes, they are great for those they help.

I wish I could have gone to Hawaii with you. I lived in Oahu in the mid 80s in the US Coast Guard. It was paradise every day! I found a great book that helped me with the issues you mentioned: "Awaken the Giant Within" by Anthony Robbins. I suffer from post traumatic stress syndrome from seeing my parents beat the hell out of each other when I was young.
