I just saw War of the Worlds, and it was really really good. Kind of scared the shit out of me and now I'm alone in my house for the night...awesome. But it was a great movie, and Dakota Fanning is an amazing actress who I hope doesn't burn out from overkill, because she's great. She had a hard part to act in that movie. My trip to Wisonsin to see family with my mom and sister was mostly fun. I really like seeing my aunt and cousins; we always have a lot of fun. And like my mom said, with Chris out of school for a few years and the rest of us in college, it's going to be harder to coordinate trips where everyone gets to be there, so this was a nice opportunity. I got a 5 on my Calc AP test. Scores became available by phone today, and I didn't want to wait, so I called for it. I'm pleased, and glad those Sunday evenings paid off.

It was so much fun! And this is Emily who doesn't camp. It was such a great time. The beach at Lake Erie was really nice, even with the dead bugs washed up-we thought they were weird little shrimpy things first. I completely survived sleeping in a tent even in the rain. I went to Top of the Park yesterday with school people, lots of fun, and I saw Scoot and Kyle, which was most exciting as I haven't seen either of them in almost a month.
