So, my best friend was living with his gf because of circumstances and she's now decided that she doesn't want to live there anymore. So I'm taking over the lease in her place and while my friend gets the big bedroom, i'll get the small one and we're turning the living room into a studio! Awesome times will be had!!!

Be wary of the 'friends living together' situation, don't spend too much time together. I'd hate to see you and Ven unhappy with each other :/
