It would not be "another exploding dog" because you have a style that is completely different than his. Similarly, it would not be another Spamusement for the same reason. Their stuff looks like doodles that were churned out en masse, whereas your stuff is a lot higher quality, visually.

P.S. the offer still stands to build you a data-driven PHP site for this sort of thing. It'll make posting new images and/or news (and keeping an archive of the old stuff) as simple as uploading a file through a web form--meaning there is no boring site building/maintenance to worry about, just drawing.
