Recently I've been trying my hand at coloring some of the great pictures over at spn_colorme and...I noticed that I'm not really good at coloring. Really not good, but of course that doesn't mean I'll stop trying. Plus, I think it's a great challenge to color someone else's work and get accustomed to their style. I really love yours too! Mine's pretty stylized, due to me coming out of the anime/manga style over the years, but I really like the natural look of yours. The texturing of Bobby's beard and hair is so wonderful, and I really dig the crosshatching :D

Heh, I do love cross-hatching, because it basically allows me to go wild. It's really good for my blood pressure ;)

You're coming form anime/manga? Wow. Personally, I really admire this stylized art - probably because I have no clue how to do it. I'm working on it, though ;)
