Clarity on my spirituality

Hi Odyssey, I was quite confused when I read what you wrote for "religion", and I've read some of your posts about meditation, so I'm curious to know what IS your religion, really?
Do you pick and choose from different religions, or are you a new age spirituality type? Or something else?

Just curious.

Cool! Thanks for posting your response. I, too, have some beliefs/philosophies that could be considered Taoist or Buddhist, but also Deist (what many of the American founding fathers were; belief in a divine force of nature rather than a personal, sentient God) and some "polytheist". I put that last in quotes because I don't worship a multiple of gods, but I do believe that any form of God/Goddess/gods/goddesses/demigods/etc. people truly have faith in at some point in history have existed. Again, I don't worship any gods, just know that they exist--and more as forces of nature (like gravity) than actual individual personalities.
