Well, Marianne is a fire type pokemon, which aren't fond of water to begin with. Too much water is even detrimental to their health, I believe.

I'm sure it is! Sometimes I wonder how Dratini can stand that water! I love swimming, but that's a little too cold for me!

That is puzzling. I think dragon types are supposed to be weak against ice... Maybe cold water doesn't apply; they're supposed to be resistant to water.

That's a good strategy! I don't think I've seen many or any ice types yet, so it should be pretty easy.
