I liked that you had the tension, but still there was a building of friendship as well. I really liked the voices of the characters, you captured them well. Loved the story overall.

first some c/ping: OMG QUINN AND HER HOT POCKETS. and the other important emotional bits of the scene--why do I always focus of the ridic, but seriously, mad love for this scene. BUT ALSO, what you did with their actions here. The Puck/Quinn thing wasn't something that needed to be explained and analysed or brushed away for Puck and Rachel to have their moment, but in fact part of their moment (in a way it became a P/Q/R moment of understanding the roles in each other's lives a this time, which I loved.) and how they relate to each other and how Rachel sees this relationship and side of Puck that most probably wouldn't get/accept, but she just does. I love how it's not a big thing, but a natural growth of all the characters here.

I love that you kept Quinn's bite, btw.

And then, he tackled her and they rolled around in the bed and had ~a moment, but then Rachel bounced away and YOU TEASE.

I'm pretty sure that this is now very present in my head canon. Thank you for that. I love the ~secret friends dynamic so, so much and add the awesome Quinn/Puck dynamic you've got going on here? AWESOME ♥ (this is the cue for incoherency, fyi)

“Burn!” Puck lets out a raucous laugh and motions to give her a high five, only to have her stare his hand disapprovingly back down to his side. Yeah, we all know who's boss, don't we?

This is awesome. I enjoyed the banter between Rachel and Puck. The interlude with Quinn was an additional comedic relief.

You nailed the characters and I wish this scene is something I wish I could see in canon.
