No, I refuse to renounce my oath of loyalty to the queen. She is a woman who had been more sinned against than she has sinned. Are all of you so blind that you cannot see what it is you are doing?

Vive la Reine! I say. She is one who had done so much for us.

[ooc: I need to be nicer to Himawari a princess, anyone? >3]

affected, curse day, vive la revolution

The queen, yes. They wish to murder her...

.....She's already dead. In the 18th century.

H-how could you say such a thing? I had thought you a gentleman, but hearing this-- this treachery--

The Queen has not done so much for her subjects, it seems. Why do you think they would be up in arms against their rulers?

[ooc: Enter Madame du Barry ^__^]

Does that then justify what the people have planned for those scaffolds?

My dear Princess de Lamballe, don't you hear the cries and screams of the masses in Paris? There is no food for them, and they see their Queen wrapped in luxury, uncaring for the masses.

They bay for their blood.

[ooc; ugh, spiteful little bitch, isn't she? ;__;]

You vile woman! You know how much the queen has done for their happiness and still you say such things.

They bay also for your blood.

Princess Kunogi, I know you feel strongly about our Lady the Queen, however, I must insist that you be careful as to whom you speak this to. There are many out here who would not hesitate to strike us down merely for our loyalties.

I could not stay quiet while this horrible scene unfolds before my eyes. They plan to behead the queen, perhaps even worse! If we plead their case then they might listen.

[ooc: they haven't even had time to work out the latest curse >3]

Unfortunately, Princess, it is a mob, and mobs do not listen to reason. Their rule is the mentality, following that madman Robespierre and Saint-Just...

We may only hope that the Scarlet Pimpernel will save our necks should these so called "Revolutionaries" choose to come after us.

[ooc: Seriously! god, we're so mean. xD]

Madness, this is all madness.

Where does your loyalty lie, my dear Prince? Will you stand for our queen and king's cause, until the end?

How fu~nny! The Queen requires more of our services now, does she? Well, I’m more than happy to serve. Might as well, seeing as she pays in blood and gold, huh? It’s always where the go~ld is, that’s certainly certain.

Kyaa~it looks like I won’t be paying any visits today, princess. I’ve been commissioned to write a comedy when I’m in the mood for a dra~ma. Funny, huh? It’s all funny! Miss me today won’t you, princess?

[ ooc; say hello to the new mozart :3 ]

Will you write me a drama then? We have no more gold, I am afraid, but I can pay you with whatever I still own.

[ooc: Wahh~ Fai's such a perfect Mozart~ ♥]

For youuuu, princess~? Anything. Though the gold would have helped, all the same. To be commissioned by such royalty, there is no greater honor. I have no other pur~pose in life but to serve thee.

[ ooc; slkfj thank youu~! :3 ]

To be royalty is a dangerous thing these days, but I thank you for the flattery all the same.

I would like you to write a drama of the good queen, perhaps when their hatred has subsided they would remember and realize what they would have done. I could give you my journals, I believe I will have no more need of them.
