it's really nice... my favourite part of the city, for sure, and right by the park is nice, even though it's so close to portage.

yeah it's brutal.. this place was in the paper saturday morning and I called right away but couldn't see it till yesterday... other people had applied but hadn't put down the security deposit so I got lucky and was able to take it. I was going crazy though, getting so frustrated with applying as soon as the ads were posted and already being the 2nd or 3rd applicant. good luck w/ your search.

indeed they are. like mini stoves... that heat up super fast. oh the possibilities. especially useful when one doesn't have a microwave...

microwaves are overrated.
you can't roast garlic in a microwave.

yeah, I find I really don't need a microwave at all... making things in the stove can take longer but things come out so much nicer... and it's nice to spend more time on food.
