Granted, she didn't have any other answers, but yanking her out of a portal through time takes some pretty big doing and didn't give her the fun and games feel. In fact, she isn't really feeling much of anything other the warm body she's hitting as she gets spit out of the portal and followed by the ground as they both collapse into it.
"Ow," she groaned, before pushing herself up onto her hands and then looked at the guy beneath her in confusion. "Oh. You're not Willow."

Dean was always bored, but that wasn't the point. The point was that as of right now, Dean was bored, and he was looking for something to do. When he happened to stumble on to Alaric, however, he slid his hands into his pockets and looked him over.
The guy seemed confused. That only meant one thing.
"Let me guess? Suddenly somewhere you're not supposed to be?"

Tensing up when he heard the voice -an unrecognizable one at that - he turned his head. Oh, a guy. This was not the precocious blonde who kind of reminded him of Caroline.
