Last summer, I became tremendously obsessed with the song, "You are a Song in My Heart" by Wang Lee Hom & Selina.  It made me want to be the stereotypical perfect, precise Asian girl with tamed, straightened hair that can do almost anything, while also being a size 00.  I also believe that if I grew up in the Philippines, I would have totally tried ( Read more... )

Not particularly, but since I've been raised in the US I have a completely different set of expectations. I'm supposed to be "better," in a sense, meaning I utilize the advantages around me intellectually and sartorially. I don't really, so therefore I'm a bit of an epic fail with my relative.

Breast implant??? Please tell me it's not real!
