Canadian Content: The Sonnet

Although I have not received a response as to whether anyone is interested in reading these posts, I am going to post this anyways. This sonnet is quite obviouly not a love poem; however, I like this sonnet so much, I feel the need to share it. Sadly, I haven't read many poems written by Canadian poets. It makes me feel unpatriotic or something. Which is why I doubly thank you for exposing me to those two beautiful poems.
