Former Director Veld has been... well, we aren't 100% sure "kidnapped" is the proper word, but he's definitely been detained. We have his approximate location: somewhere on [insert street here]. The door to the house he's confined in is likely locked, since his captor mentioned a lockpick. We need you to go and get him, and bring him back here, so he can be watched and inspected for injuries and badgered to take back this damn job.
His captor is a former Turk named Duke or... Il Duce... or a bunch of other idiotic nicknames. He's a living legend, so don't take him lightly. He implied that he left Veld alone, though, so you might not encounter him at all. I don't think I need to tell you that all this information is, of course, suspect, since most of it was taken directly from Duke.
Be careful. I doubt this mission is going to be dangerous, but there's no reason to get sloppy, okay?
