[Private to Friends]
I couldn't get in on Disney, but I have an audition lined up next week with Warner Brothers for a role in the new Harry Potter movie, as well as some pilot for a sitcom on CBS. I've been talking about going back into live theatre, and have sent my résumé to a few Off-Broadway productions that are doing casting calls - we'll see what comes of that. The thing I'd really like is to be on Dancing With the Stars next season, but after two weeks of waiting, I haven't heard from my agent, so I'm not holding my breath anymore.
Looking for a job is a drag, no matter what line you're in.
I'll be out of the country from between Saturday, May 3 to Wednesday, May 7. Personal business, but I'm also speaking with some old friends at the BBC. I'm not discounting the possibility of moving back and working in Great Britain. It depends on what deals I can get there, if any.
I'll be home and ready in time to do Luna's Stangelove music video.
[Private to Wonderlanders - Mirrorlanders]
You might already know, but May 4 is the day Alice went down the Rabbit Hole and entered Wonderland, so I'm planning to make my annual pilgrimage to Folly Bridge in Oxford, where Lewis Carroll first told our Tale. I don't expect everybody to be able to drop what they're doing, but if you'd like to come along, I'd enjoy the company. I've always considered it a kind of holy day or an event along the lines of a harmonic convergence. As with every year, I'll attempt to contact Wonderland.
