What made me think of this was when you mentioned Spy vs Spy, but with pointy hats, and in my mind, Glinda didn't have a pointy hat, but a crystal crown like in the movie.

Oh! I was making a joke - there wasn't a pointy hat that I can recall. But the movie did get a lot of the aesthetic details wrong. I'll have to own that the personality was relatively faithful, though.
