[Emerging from his room after working on Anise's doll for god only knows how many hours, Dist spots Nephry very quickly. I mean, she was cuddled up like she spent too much time out in the snow. Concern shooting way up, Dist approaches her.]

...Nephry? Is something the matter?

It's freezing in here.

[sips the tea and looks...uncomfortable]

Even the tea isn't warm.

Perhaps you've run a fever? Chills, maybe.

[Dist also looked uncomfortable, but for a whole other reason. Nephry looked pale... After a bit of hesitation, he lays his palm against her forehead, frowning at what he feels. She wasn't hot, but cold. Much, much too cold for a summer day.] ...I'll fetch you another blanket, and refill your mug. Is there a thermometer in the house at all? To get an accurate reading of your temperature.

I'm not sure.

[shivers, pulling her blanket tighter] I don't f-feel ill. Just cold. [though the strangest pain is starting up in her stomach, so... And her kettle is still on the stove in the kitchen, but if he's smart he won't use that tea]

[He's not too sure what she's shaking for, but it'd be logical to assume it's because she's cold, right? Without prompting, Ion walks over holding a few extra blankets.] Nephry, are you feeling all right?

I'm...cold. [anyone who knows her well - which may not be Ion anymore - should know that it's insane for her to be cold on a summer day.]

[The only memories of Nephry in tact are those from Luceti, but the fact that she's cold when the weather is warm is still a bad sign. He drapes the extra blankets over her with a slight frown.]

Did you catch a... er... [There's a small pause.] ...are you sick?

[He sits beside her and holds a hand against her forehead.]

You don't have signs of a fever. I think we should take you to the clinic, Nephry. This doesn't look like a normal sickness to me.

I think...I-I think there's someone you sh-should speak to.

[she's finding it a little harder and more painful to breathe now, too]

[visiting later in the day. she would've brought a blanket, but Anise just knows that Nephry's probably already buried in them.]

[for the sake of not too many freakouts, let's have this after Ginko is finished whatever it is he plans to do about this one. She is buried in blankets. It feels like this past winter. ...This happens to her far too often.]

[It really does, doesn't it? But Anise decides not to mention that yet.]

Hey, Nephry~ Feeling better?

[more than it ever did at home. But who expects to freeze in the middle of June? ...Okay, maybe people in Australia.]

Yes, a little. Thank you for asking.
