[Ion was tired. After the escape, with Anise was finally back in her room and resting in her own bed, it felt as though the weight of everything that had happened finally caught up with him. He knelt beside her bed, grabbed hold of her hand, and has been that way since he got back. He drifted off to sleep every so often, but the second he woke up, he had to make sure Anise was still there. Still sleeping soundly, with her hand still in his grasp.]

[As it was now, he was dozing off again. His eyes was closed and his head was resting against the covers.]

[The sound of Nephry walking in is enough to stir the Fon Master, but when the tray is set down on the nightstand, he jerks awake with a gasp. Quickly, he looks back down at Anise before glancing in the direction of the noise. He relaxes when he sees Nephry.]

Ah, Nephry... [His eyes look over at the cups, and he manages a small smile.] Is that tea?

The Fon Master is finally asleep. [after trying to stay awake for like...two days.] ...I don't think anything has changed with Anise.
