[The moment he hears his name, and the crash that accompanied it, Dist rushes to Nephry's room. No, that was not him, and he's pretty sure he know who it is.

She's gone by the time he gets there, and Dist grits his teeth and slams the door shut, wandering off back to his room and cursing under his breath.]
