i had the lighter sitting on top of the bong like i usually do and i bumped it and it fell in. the lighter was a bic, so it was just small enough to fall into the bottom chamber and wouldn't come back out. i had to take out the stem and fill the damn thing with water and fuck with it for a while to get it out
