Briefly describe your personality: I try to be as kind to people as I possibly can. I value honesty and kindness above all other traits, if you are honest and kind then there's a good chance that I like you :) I have recently sort of broken out of my shell, for a long time I was ridiculously shy around people I didn't know very well. I guess I am still pretty shy, but I consider it a positive. I like to observe people. There are few people that I really click with, but those I have are everything to me.

What is your leadership style? I try to keep things really relaxed. Everyone does not have to be ridiculously stressed out and serious to get work done. We should enjoy being productive :)
How would you deal with a crisis in the work place? Try to be professional and do whatever is best for the most people. But on the inside I'm probably freaking out haha.
Do you like to delegate tasks, or prefer to do it all yourself? Delegate. If it's their job, then they should be helping out.
What is more important to you, high salary or good coworkers? At this point in my life? I'm more concerned with money, honestly. Grad school and an apartment don't come cheap. But later I'd definitely like a job with friendly people.
Would you stay at a job with no chance of being promoted? If I loved it enough, sure.
Do you consider yourself ambitious? Very. But money holds me back. It's kind of a downer.
Is there any particular character you don't relate to? I know he can be so mean sometimes, but I love Michael's innocence. He means well haha :)
