call.. they have had it too long if you ask me and you arent annoying them you are making them get on the ball if they havent already. they shouldnt take so long if some one is paying them to do a job, or refuse to pay because it took so long or ask for a disscount or something, there is no reason they cant make up for having your bike for so long. just be like this isnt a good way to run a business.....
