I've been meaning to ask for a while now if you thought Kio and Rikuou's relationship was dead or just... pining for the fjords. Chance get?

For a while there, Kio was just really caught up in his own personal world of drama with the Oscar thing and the Soubi thing and using Kaza-chan~ for his own purpose and then so many people leaving that... he's lost a lot of his old ties D:
It isn't a specific-to-Rikuou thing that their relationship has sort of dropped off his radar, it's just a combo of Kio being too caught up in himself and his precious people to consider anyone that might be below that ranking unless they jump him or whatever (combined with.. uh, the fact that I don't play Kio much at all).
S-so I wouldn't consider it dead, but it's... not on his mind. I miss it, though ;_;b
