I wrote this at work yesterday, during some downtime:

Three years. I've talked about June 1st approaching a few times in the past 5 months (clearly, it still hangs heavy in my mind), and I kept referring to it as "one year since I've graduated from college". I think that says it all ( Read more... )

...Heh, I just followed your links to your entries about Prom. Actually, I just went back to visit Hunter last week, and it shocked me to realize how much of it hadn't changed. (Although a lot of our old teachers are gone and I don't know a single student there anymore.) High school feels like eons ago but also just like yesterday. /nostalgia trip

I've tried visiting Hunter a number of times over the past 5 years or so but have been put off by how different it looks from the outside. It looks more like a brick prison now than it ever did while we were there, but it's nice to know that on the inside, things are still pretty much the same. I'd do it all over again if I had the choice!
