I promised my roommate that I would finish this novel the same time NaNo ended. I have the Big Battle, the finale, and The End to write. Also The Beginning, but that's not so important since I kinda half explained everything in the Not So Beginning.

Right, so you usually put 'an' before a word that starts with a vowel in the context of 'an albatross' or 'an unusually large head'. So how come you put down 'a once in a life time experience'?

Am I having an idiotic moment? I'm so confused right now...!

I love how I can start with a nice basic plot that's pretty much straight forward to write. Old meets new. Mountain villages meeting high tech metropolis. Add some characters and an actual story line to follow and it's alright!

The characters were going to be straight forward to write too. Dragon rider meets scientist. What could go wrong?

Completed another 5k before midnight! I'm surprised at myself, considering last year I don't think I'd even done three thousand words by this point. It's weird how different ideas can affect your inspiration.

Very proud of myself. I doubt I'll ever do 10k in two days again, but it was worth it tonight. Why? MY REWARD WAS A FUN SIZE CHOCOLATE BAR! YAAAY!

Yes! NaNoWriMo again! Okay, done just over 5000 words so far, just need to try and keep working at it. Well, keep working at the journal. The novel's easy, it's the keeping everyone updated bit that's hard.
