Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Ask!
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: Sure, why not.
Maim/Murder/Death: He can't die! Attacking him is fine, as is temporarily killing him. He'll just get up after a bit and shrug it off. Fair warning - anyone who temporarily kills him will face retaliation!
WARNING: unless you are a god or something thereabouts, Elijah is essentially an unwinnable boss battle. Powerful witches could possibly succeed as well, but TVD canon states that they'd die in the process unless the Original was weakened somehow. BASICALLY - this is that twink boss battle that makes you tear your hair out in the middle of a game. He can take damage! But he also heals quickly. You could temporarily kill him at best, but then he would come back and try to kill you right back.
Fortunately, Elijah simply doesn't have an interest in fighting, so this will likely never come up. If people attempt to fight with him, he prefers to do whatever he can to not have to deal with a fight. Mayhem and whatnot are not his things. If anything ever comes up, talk to me!

Cooking: DELICIOUS HUMANS / BLOOD BAGS / BLOOD DRIVES! He never specifies where he gets his blood from, but he's lived for ... ages. He probably mixes his sources. And is fairly polite about it. Whatever.
