So much fuss over such a strange holiday. Still, I can't say it wasn't exciting- the idea of mutual gift-giving is a kind one indeed. I certainly hope everyone's enjoyed the season.

Are there any other widely-celebrated holidays in other worlds?

That is to be expected from other worlds, isn't it? To have widely celebrated holidays of their own.

Indeed. Not holidays alone, but also everything else that concerns multiple worlds, isn't that right?

Oh, certainly. I've learned so much already by staying here a mere handful of months.

It would depend on the nation. New Year's though is generally common.

New Year's... that's coming up very soon, isn't it. What does one do to celebrate?

Generally, one stays up to midnight on New Year's Eve. In some nations it is a time meant to be spent with families. Other nations the custom is to just gather together in large numbers awaiting the coming of the New Year.

How very sad, then, that most of us will not be able to spend time with our families.

There are far too many to be bothered with.

Ah, but don't you find them fascinating?
