(Actually It's More Like An Afternoon in Photos ...)
Getting Ready for Round Two:
Morning group was insane. 10 kids, only 5 listening, icing everywhere ... it was literally the things nightmares are made of. But we had little time to regroup - only an hour and a half between the morning session and the afternoon session meant that we had little time to clean EVERYTHING, and re-set up for the next group of 10 kids that afternoon.

1. Tips are ready for some more fancy icing.
2. Yes, we (Kaitlyn and I) backed 22 cakes in less than a week, and six large tupperware containers of icing ... I shiver at the smell of sugar right now.
3. "Example" caterpillar cake with a ton of different icing techniques to show kids, and mm's for eyes.
4. The room looking so clean before mayhem round 2 starts.
Lunch Break was super fast, my brother volunteered today and helped out with all the kids and he ran out and got us Subway for lunch (I love my brother so much!). Had enough time to keep practicing my lines for the upcoming The Heiress.
We also realized we didn't have any "extra" trays in case kids forgot to bring something to carry their cakes ... so we quickly made 10 more.
The kids arrived, and the afternoon group was AMAZING! Everyone was so focused and happy and helpful. It was completely different than the morning group.
We started to run out of food colouring though - and icing! We had to quickly whip up another batch. Below you can see the empty blue and yellow containers.
Cakes almost finished, the kids really wanted me to take pictures of their almost finished masterpieces.
And they turned out alright - the one on the bottom is a bit blurry, but the girl who made it assured me that the caterpillar was "eating." I didn't say anything, but I thought it was being sick. Slightly confusing. Don't know what it's supposed to be eating, but I was told the green m&m is a leaf.
And that was my afternoon ... well, after cleaning up again. Oh! And there was a random insane amount of snow for like ten minutes. Followed by blue skies. Crazy March weather.
In summary: YAY! I SURVIVED FIVE STRAIGHT DAYS OF MARCH BREAK ACTIVITIES!!!!!!!!! NO MORE KIDS CUTTING THEMSELVES ON FLIMSY PLASTIC KNIVES THAT CAN BARELY CUT PAPER, OR HOURS CLEANING AND SETTING UP FOR THE NEXT ACTIVITY, OR BAKING CAKES!!!!! I'M FREEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
