This Is Not Interesting

Well, I only have half an hour before I am done my second last day at the museum. I have been cleaning my desk, organizing files, financial reports and writing out instructions on how to follow-up on several projects which are ongoing. I feel for you :( I don't know what it is but I always get sick just as I'm about to pack up and move (or while I am right in the middle of a move). Hasn't been a single move yet where I didn't wind up ill or injured. Once I actually landed myself in the ICU for 2 weeks and my fiancee had to do all my packing for me. Consequently, I rather hate the process.

Hope you recover quickly and everything else goes smoothly from here on in!

I'm feeling all maudlin and regretful that you lived so close to me and I only saw you once for just a few minutes. And I'm even having a house/deck party on Labour Day, that I would have invited you to, but it will be too late. Sigh.

I'm pleased, though, about you going back to school, and being all excited and anticipating the change. It's lovely to see you be so happy about this. Hopefully there will be some theatre for you in this new place. We drive through NOrth Bay once every two or three years, on the 8 hour drive up to visit my husband's grandmother in Kirkland Lake - I'll give you the heads up next time we pass through, and maybe we can meet up for lunch! <3 Best of luck to you!

I always end up procrastinating on packing - and everything else. Would hate to have to do it sick. I hope you recover enough where it isn't a total nightmare.

I hope your friend's surgery went well.

Good luck with the move! Such an exciting time!

Ugh, that sucks that your cellphone still charged you when they have your phone!
