Threadhopping: It really depends on the situation, but most of the time the answer is yes.

Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'd prefer to not hear about Eating Disorders, please and thank you.

Hugging this character: Is alright with Ozma and I
Kissing this character: She doesn't mind kisses on the cheek from close friends, or kisses on the hand from admirers. A kiss on the lips would be too brash though, and you might end up with a slapped cheek.
Flirting with this character: Irritates her for the most part, but I'm alright with it.
Fighting with this character: Ozma is not a fighter by any means- if you try you'll just look like you're attacking a little girl anyway. But I'm okay with it.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Cuts, Bruises, and Broken bones are all okay right off the bat. Further injuries are welcome as the result of plot points, but please ask permission first.
Killing this character: Please don't, unless there's a way to revive her. Even then, please ask permission
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go for it! You might not like what you see though- she has a pretty dark past, and you might just find yourself looking at a destroyed Oz.
Warnings: Magic and witchcraft, occasional violence and the fact that she comes from a world where Oz was destroyed.
Special Permissions: Ozma has the ability to dream of prophecies. They're vague, and she'll always ask your character if they want to know while warning them of the hazards that prophecy contains.
