pain will kill me, or be the death of me, or something of that nature. i'm in weird pain. i keep noticing my FOREHEAD hurts, mostly because when i go to brush my hair out of my eyes, it about makes me black out from the pain that touching my forehead causes. that is just...idiotic because it's AGGRAVATING, and i can't find or think of any doctor

definitely not enough, and no scripts for anything (so i pretty much take OTCs, and use controlled breathing techniques to breath through the worst of what i experience, and that's really not enough), except migraine meds, which don't actually help with the other types. so, essentially, that's a no, i don't take any meds for chronic pain, because my dr thinks that shaving 20 yrs off my life at this point isn't justified or ethical or i dunno, i think he just doesn't want to think he's shortened my life in any way, which isn't an issue with me; i believe in quality over quantity, afterall, who wants a thousand pounds of contaminated meat for the price of a hundred pounds that's not going to make you sick? but, on the plus side, if i can find any tests to have him run for a diagnosis or whatever, he'll order them...i'm going to probably ask him for a recomendation for another dr at a clinic WAYYYY closer to where i'm at now geographically, because he's tapped out as far as ideas go, anyhow.

ugh i hate when they just write 'chronic myalgia' on my chart at the end of an hour's worth of talking. or 'undefined connective tissue disease'. it's like what's the point of wasting my energy when i could have come up with that on my own? AND not paid you for it. :o/

lol, i know that feeling. even worse is when you have to define medical terms for them...
