I'm going to venture into some Headcanon territory, because this is never really explained! I'd say probably not, as it's really just the echoes of his sentience in the skull, and probably trapped and unable to get out! It just speaks to Illidan, but it doesn't actually reside in his head as another being.

But do you think it dreams too? Cuz even separate from Illidan's brain, if it dreams on it's own...

But if it's just like, a link to an echo from the afterlife, and not sentient/self-possessed enough to dream, then she wouldn't get anything from Gul'dan's skull itself.

Does Frostmourne count as a separate being that dreams/fantasizes? IDK

You didn't answer if you can block any of her powers. Is that a no?

What's your character's name and canon? Tony Stark of Marvel fame
Have they met Ysera in person? Nope
Do you have any sleep/dream related abilities? Nope!
Can Ysera see your dreams when you are asleep? Sure!
What can she see about your sleeping dreams? Tony dreams a lot in 1s and 0s since he's technically a cyborg! I've theorized that he's probably immersed in technology when he sleeps, and his sleep is tenuous at best. He dreams of his failures and what he's accomplished, which is soiled by what he had to do to make that happen. I could tl;dr about this aaaaaall night. Oh and he dreams about sex alot. :/
Can Ysera see your daydreams when in person? Yup!
What can Ysera see about your daydreams? Occasionally it's innocuous things, but like his night dreams, he's mostly immersed in technology, doing many things at once, so half the time he doesn't realize he's daydreaming. Occasionally, the data he receives will manifest itself into waking hallucinations that give him messages!
Do you have another soul/spirit/creature/being ( ... )

Haha. Binary dreams will confuse her. WTF language is this??

Nope, nanobots don't dream. XD ...Unless they do? IDK with wacky Marvel SCIENCE!

Well, if he's already hallucinating things sometimes in daydreams, it'll be that much easier for her to manipulate or manifest his waking dreams. But since he's strong willed and has resisted psychics he may be able to try to combat any manipulations she tries - as long as he notices they're not part of his normal dreams (which is easier to do with direct manipulations than indirect ones). How well he manages to change his dreams back to normal depends on how much experience he has in controlling his mind/dreams and on how strong his will and focus is compared to Ysera's. This would only work on manifestations/changes created from his own dreams, though. He won't be able to mentally change or banish anything from other dreamers.

She is unlikely to discuss specifics of someone's dream with anyone else. She may mention things in private to Tony, though, if that's okay with you?

I DO NOT THINK THEY DREAM! :)

He sometimes does, especially when things get a little heavy on the data he's interpreting, like in one of his series where he has to put the pieces together to stop the Mandarin, and he'd been hallucinating his dreams as people extremely close to him that he considered mistakes when they died! :D I'm sure he'd put it together, but that would be fun to play with! If things get too weird, he'd probably just wake himself up. Crazy computers.

And she's perfectly welcome to talk to them in private with him! Although if it's over the comms expect extremely hefty encryptions!

It'll probably be more in person, than over comms. She is comm illiterate.

What can she see about your sleeping dreams? Mog's a pretty simple guy, and has pretty simple dreams. Nothing *truly* out of the ordinary...for a Moogle, that is. Anything/everything is open to be viewed by her; I guess we can discuss at the time?
Can Ysera see your daydreams when in person? Sure.

What's your character's name and canon? Vector Prime; TransFormers
Have they met Ysera in person? When? n/a
Do you have any sleep/dream related abilities? Can Ysera sense it? uuuh Vector's canonically had visions about certain TF verses, but I wouldn't call that so much a power as being attuned to world-shattering events. Or used to being.
Can Ysera see your dreams when you are asleep? Sure.
What can she see about your sleeping dreams? OLD CREATURE IS OLD BUT HAS YOUNG DREAMS. Srsly, discuss and I'll figure out something. |O
Can Ysera see your daydreams when in person? Yes.
What can Ysera see about your daydreams? Same as above.
Do you have another soul/spirit/creature/being sharing headspace with you, or just with you, that Ysera can see/sense? Negative.
Can Ysera indirectly manipulate your sleeping dreams? Yep.
Can Ysera indirectly manipulate your waking dreams? Yep. Subtlety will work best; I imagine Vector's got a certain degree of power within him by nature of birth that would allow him to at least fight against this, or indirect ( ... )

Can Ysera see your dreams when you are asleep? Sure.
What can she see about your sleeping dreams? POWER. DESTRUCTION. possibly sexy gerudo women. idk HIT ME UP IF IT COMES UP.
Can Ysera see your daydreams when in person? Yes.
What can Ysera see about your daydreams? Stuff about power and being king idk?
Do you have another soul/spirit/creature/being sharing headspace with you, or just with you, that Ysera can see/sense? Does the Triforce of Power count? It's 1/3 of the Zelda Deus ex Machina; a construct that's been bonded to him that grants him immeasurable feats of power and strength. It's somewhat subdued, here, but it's still the base for his powers. Go ahead and sense it.
Can Ysera indirectly manipulate your sleeping dreams? Yep.
Can Ysera indirectly manipulate your waking dreams? Yep.

She kind of looks like a Gerudo woman! Idk, maybe, a little. She's got the long ears, and is tall.

Unless the Triforce of Power has it's own consciousness that is self-possessed enough to dream, then... probably not able to see it's dreams. She may sense the presence of it through Ganondorf, or sense some kind of magic (due to the magical nature of a dragon), but she won't have any clear idea of what it is beyond what Ganondorf dreams of it being in relation to himself.

She may not sense the telepathy/hypnotism on it's own merit, but she may sense it through the Master's dreams/fantasies and realize it's there.

I don't know about the drums. They're not sentient or self-possessed enough to dream so she won't see the drums' dreams. But if the Master is hallucinating the sound of the drums a lot, she'll hear them too.

Her dream powers are more *Magic* than normal telepathic/mental abilities. But he should be able to try to block her out or try to change any manipulations/manifestations of his own dreams back to normal, assuming he notices that they're being manipulated or aren't normal. How well that goes would probably depend on how strong his will/focus is versus Ysera's. It also depends on how much experience and control he has over his dreams and own thoughts.
