My other Korean drama guilty pleasure these days is actually JuMong. We're tolerating the dubbing done by GMA because at least they retained the original character names. God forbid they actually substitute jologified names for people from ancient Korea. It's a long way to go, the drama has 80 episodes and they have at least 12 more episodes to go

i'll have to see which character Song Ji Hyo is; i don't think i've spotted her yet. it would be hilariously foolish if they gave jologs names to ancient Korean characters and then maybe called it Jowa in the Palace ;)

Ay, she appears in the later episodes pa. My sister says it's around Episode 36. If we compute it by the way GMA chop-chops the series... I'd say she'd appear by around August-September for that matter. She actually looks different. But I'm so excited for her role here.

My Mom is so addicted with JuMong she's asking me for a copy. I was like e hindi pa nga yan tapos sa Korea e! Mas mahaba pa yan sa Jang geum!!! ^^;;

If I'm not mistaken, Song Ji Hyo's Jumong role prohibits her from acting for Goong 2 which was slated to film soon (she's also doing another epic drama I think). Joo Ji Hoon hasn't confirmed for his role too, which makes both of them unsure from the original cast roster. Good thing Kim Jung Hoon & Yoon Eun Hye both agreed to act for the original sequel. Hmmm. Will it be a Yul-Chaegyung sequel now? Let's see!!! XD

Kill me first bago magka-Yul/Chaegyung sequel!=) Haha. Obvious bang wala talaga akong amor sa character ni Yul kahit pa cutie-pie si Kim Jung Hoon? If they'd decide to do a sequel, they can do without Hyorin... this time, a search for Yul's bride naman. Playing cupid yung mag-asawa.

Dios mio... nung una katuwaan lang namin yung pasilip-silip sa JuMong sa kabila. When we actually had the Goong DVDs eh we prioritized nalang. Nakakaaliw din pala yung story. Sheila patiently went through the backpages of its thread dun sa Soompi. Dun namin nalaman that SJH is actually in this series pala.

And yeah, dapat search for Yul's bride naman for the sequel, magaling naman screenplay writer ng production oufit that'll do the Goong 2 e. Yul Goon oppa!!!! ♥
