I am dying. Literally. My throat is seizing up on me and I can't even talk. I'm considering buying and drinking an entire bottle of cough medicine just so I can pass out until the sickness goes away. In any case, thank god I don't work tomorrow otherwise I'd be calling in my first sick day in months

it's any medication with dextromorphan in it that does that. some people actually use DXM to get high, though most over-the-counter meds put enough other stuff in there that if you try to do that, you'll end up throwing up.

definately get the shot, it kinda hurts, and it makes you even more sick for a few days after, but then you're safe for the rest of the season :)

i've considered the shot, but i hear the side effects kind of suck. I'd rather just stay on the pill.
