Kenshin had chosen to sit next to Chii on the bus. His mind was bounding everywhere, and not staying much on the present. His first thoughts were of Chii. About some of the things she had said, about what had happened at the park, about what it wold be like if they got together

"whaaa?" Chii said, rather like a little girl seeing a monkey for the first time. When she realized what he said, she blushed and did the traditional japanese girl-thing.

Witch was a yes but more of a 'dont tell anyone or I will mutilate your entire family,'cause mine will mutilate me' kind of move. Her Whole family were avid racists. And bieng mixed blood, to them, was almost worse than bieng american. She noticed he was still holding her hand and she didnt remove it, but rather kept it there.

From Kenshin's point of view, she turned away, but she didn't remove her hand. Kenshin took this as a relatively good sign, even though she hadn't answered. Not wanting to break the silence by opening his mouth and saying something that he would almost certainly regret later (regardless of what it was) he didn't say anything.

"Ah thats so sweet I didn't mean to eavesdrop but this bus is so damn crowded and I'm right behind y'all." Rei said from the seat behind them.

"I just want to let you lovebirds know I'm trying to catch up on sleep, since I haven't been to school for awhile and not used to early mornings, so please keep it down not trying to be rude or nothing. I don't want to hear you two sucking face later." he teased still keeping his eyes shut he moved in his seat a little.

"Much appreciated and names Rei Sanjo if I pissed you off and you want to kick my ass later."

Leo blinked at Rei, he just so happened to be bus-sitting-buddy's to him. At first Leo tried to score a seat with Kira or Kano but failed in that task. Green eyes darted at Rei and then at the two love birds infront of them.

There was a small smile at the little teasing, a bit cold but amusing none the less. Leo fixed the base ball cap a little and casted a look at Rei. " nice one... Sawada Leo." Leo smiled again at the stranger hoping to find a friend with him for this trip.

Hikaru yawned and stretched in her seat. She was debating turning on her stereo, but wasn't sure how anyone on the bus might take it. And it would be rude if nobody else wanted to listen to music. With a shrug, she pulled out a pair of headphones and plugged them into the stereo before turning it on.

"Why the sleepy face, doll? Out all night partying or something and didn't invite Ry here along with you?" Ryo took a seat next to Hikaru without bothering to ask her permission.

Kiti was laying back in her seat with her eyes closed, she tended to get carsick easily, especially in a bus because the shocks were never any good. The best way to avoid the headache was to keep her eyes closed, and stay as still as possible. As most people usually assumed she was asleep, they tended to talk a little more freely, and she got waaay better gossip than if they knew she was listening, and apparently this was no exception, as she was sitting directly behind Leo and that apparently new guy, Rei

Yu Ling sat in her seat a little irritated she wasn't able to be near Leo. He frustarted her by not acting like he even noticed her half the time. She began to wonder if she'd have to turn up the heat soon on her so called boyfriend.

"hi guys" Taking the seat across from Kenshin and Chii, Andy turned a, hopefully, cheerful gaze towards the two. She sat with her legs up on the seat, hoping no one would try to take it. She never really enjoyed having to share bus seats with anyone.

Pulling a deck of cards from her pocket, she shuffled them while she waited for the bus to leave. she knew that she would end up bored soon and had packed them for something to do, even if it were a game of solitaire just to pass the time.

Kenshin was still slightly red. "You have no idea what you just missed... So, uh, wanna play poker?"

"uh.. sure" Finsihed with shuffling the cards, Andy passed cards, starting the game. "so what exactly did i miss?" she looked up at him after checking her cards.
