Chii was about to leave her room when she realized that she forgot her cell phone in her stuart tyles purse. she retraced her steps back to her canopied bed and pulled it from the open front pocket. Chii then went to her mothers room before sneaking out the back door. Chii's mom had never really been there for her, but the day she came back from mexico, she had developed a sickness called malaria. She had a heavy fever, and her step-father had tried desperately to surpress her symtoms, but the virus had already taken her. chii sighed, recalling that the docter's startling news that morning. they all knew that many people died because of the virus, but they never expected Chitose shinu-hibiya to die from it. her fever increased every day, and she would sometimes rant and talk about things that didnt make sense to anyone. She was mumbling about the oppresseion of the tired bicycles when chii had dropped in

Kenshin heard the beep of his watch: 11:00. He sat back, 'She should be here by now,' he thought. 'I wonder if she's alright?' He heard footsteps on the path behind the bench he was sitting on. He stood and turned to the noise expecting to see Chii...
Chii Fanned a smile at kenshin before sliding up and giving him a biiiiiiiiiig hug. she looked up at the band, and said, " Shin-san, do you want to dance?" she casually did a little pout and begged with her eyes. she was a good dancer, but slow dancing was somthing new to her.
"Uh, y-yeah, sure." Kenshin had never really danced before, but he had seen it on t.v., and figured it was probably easy enough. Besides, there was no way he could resist those eyes. As he stared into those eyes, he thought they seemed sad or maybe even scared for a moment, but then the moment was gone. He didn't have time to think about it, though, as he put his arms around Chii (with one hand in the air, like on Disney movies) and felt her body close to his. Her face was so close that they might as well have been kissing. As the thought passed his mind, he started to blush. Then he wondered the ultimate question, 'Now what?'
Yu Ling stood out in the streets away from all the other kids her age. It was a Saturday so of course the streets were filled with drunk middle aged men groping any female they could see. Yu conversed with a couple of the men and giggled as ones hand grabbed her ass.
"Now be nice you." she joked. "To touch you got to pay the price."
Shige stood atop Tokyo Tower, leaning on the railing. He was hoping the person he was waiting for would show up soon. It was bad enough that the meeting was requested in a highly populated area that cost money to get in. And if the man never showed...well that would be a waste of important cash.
He looked back at the band playing, wondering how they managed to play at this place. Shrugging, he sent a glare towards the crowd there this evening. A large number of people in one area meant a higher chance at someone overseeing or overhearing what was to go on between him and his late guest. If only he would show up soon...
Andy sighed quietly, skimming the words on the pages of her book. The sound of music became louder with every block she walked. A push here or there caused her to stumble, but she ignored it for the most part. Keeping herself lost in the story, she paid little to no attention on where she was going or what was going on around. The black of her jeans contrasted greatly with the paleness of her skin, her hair pulled back into a messy ponytail.
"Andy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" chii exclaimed, seeing her best friend walking in the same place as chii. she hadent seen andy all summer, even at the trip. She waved her arms wildly to get her attention. She had forgotten all about poor kenshin, who she was attempting to slow dance with. She said in a lower voice, " Shin-chan, I know this is our date, but I havent seen andy in ages! can we all hang out together?" she haddent ment to be so mean to just blow kenshin off. now she felt kinda bad. for all the emotions she was feeling, embarrasment was not one of them; now even the band stopped playing, and everyone was staring at the little girl that had the scream of a town crier.
"No, no, it's uh... it's no problem," said Kenshin, feeling more than a little disappointed, but trying not to show it. Upon gaining his composure, he turned to the crowd, "Uh, we just really like this band, Kill all humans!" He said this last part in English, and, regardless of a few confused looks from the audience, a couple of members of the band flashed him the rocker horns, appearently oblivious to what he had said. Then they went on playing badly. "Hey Andy, you know, you've got great timing..."
"Pizza Hut sounds nice, if your sure you want to." Andy gave a small smile, then turned to Chii. "things have been.. uh, interesting, to say the least." she said with a soft chuckle. "and how have things been with you two?" She smiled innocently and hoped that was enough to change the subject without Chii changing it back, but with Chii you never know, so she was trying atleast.she pulled at a strand of hair, absent-mindedly, her smile just barely touching her thought-filled eyes.
