Random Spam

The other day, I got a porn spam email with the following title line:

She is ready to do anything to touch your stick. With doom.

What does this even mean? Is she proposing a three-way with a certain Latverian dictator? Does she carry some entropic curse? Or some hand-based horrible extra-dimensional STD? I'm so confused!
