Now with Added LotRO!

Now that I have a little more free time, I started getting the ol' MMO itch again.  I re-upped my CoH subscription, but CoH hasn't been doing much for me.  So, I finally picked up the LotRO Moria Collector's Edition that had been gathering dust on my shelf at the local game store since it was only $30, the same price as the regular edition.

D and I have talked about making our own Kinship, we're just trying to figure out a name. And we do play in Landroval, so who knows..we might see you about!

I'm in a kin presently with Elfboy here, but I'm contemplating moving on to another. For one, most of the time I'm the only one in my kin online when I'm in, and most of the folks who do go on usually keep to themselves. In some ways, this is not bad..like when I just want to play with D and not really be bothered. But when D's not around, that's when I either want to do either RP or run around with some new folks and using the TeamSpeak goodness.

I've seen folks fairly regularly for that kin. About as much as Rechazar Nazgul (or however they spell it).

I'm going to have a bunch of alts, as I'm a crafting addict. What are yours and D's mains so I can friend you?

Right now, I have a Dwarf Hunter named Sigfast, a Human Guardian named Dolbarandir, and a Hobbit Warden named Sigmunda.

I'm going to end up with the max of 7, just so I can max out all the major crafting endeavors at some point.

If you ever feel like trying out Guild Wars (no monthly fee) let me know so you can join the guild/alliance.

I do actually have the first GW box, but I never played much because the combination of group-based content post-Searing and the monumentally retarded (for the most part) player base turned me right off. I hear I could get around this if I got whichever expansion lets you have Heroes, but my initial solo play didn't give me a good enough impression of the game to want to spend any more money on it.

Well, then at least swap character names so I can add you to the guild. Even if you only play prophecies, it gives us something to do.

And you don't even really need heroes now. With skill changes and the fact that you can at least flag henchmen to a spot, it got a lot easier in solo/2 man teams.

My main is Kylden Ar (in the icon).

It's been the better part of a year since I've even had GW installed, so I can't remember character names off the top of my head. Whenever I do reinstall it, you'll be the first to know.
