Dude, that sucks. I've been hit by uninsured drivers twice already. The damage caused was so minimal though (scratches on top of old scratches really) that it wasn't worth the trouble. Next time an uninsured dickwad hits me, I'm calling the cops and getting his or her ass busted for being a complete douche.
