Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tbs Vanilla
3/4 cup Coacoa powder
2 cups flour
1 tsp Bkg Soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 Cup Andes Mints (Use the real mints and pulse them in the food processor to make the pieces bigger.)
Oven 350
Sprinkle Sugar on Top
