[[She really had no idea what she was doing. Well, she did, but at the same time she was wondering what had made her decide to be so...thoughtless.
There she was, dead of night - or perhaps early morning - standing out in the city with little clue as to where to even look. Not to mention she found herself in possession and fumbling slightly with a scythe nearly twice her size, that coupled with it's slight heft making it awkward to handle. It was a safety precaution - Soul wanted to make sure she had some form of protection, and had offered himself up as that means after two defining questions.
"Can you hold a scythe, and can you swing it around?"
Of course, she hadn't counted on one this large, and was having a hard time adjusting.
Again, what was she even doing?
Looking for Dave, she quickly reminded herself.
According to a disconcerting message from a mysterious 'messiah', one of her closest friends was lying dead somewhere. And she wanted - needed - to find him. They may have left on bad terms, but no matter how bad of terms they could come to, nothing would keep her away. They were friends.
And that's why Rose realized what was so wrong with this instance, this scene. Leaning against a building - mostly to help support both herself and Soul while she typed - she pulled out her SFC and sent out a text to two separate people.
Jade Harley and John Egbert.]]
I hope I am not the only one who received a disturbing message from 'Dave' tonight.
Though at the same time I do.
But I also wish not to be the bearer of bad news such as this.
...
According to whomever sent this message to me, Dave is...
Dead.
I'm not sure as to the truth of this message, nor am I aware of it's falsehood. And I intend to find out which it is.
Originally I had planned doing this alone, with the aid of a friend.
...
However, I realize you both deserve to know of whatever befell our friend just as much as I.
I will send directions along with this, and will await your replies and arrivals.
If you choose to join me of course.
Which to be perfectly honest, I am truly hoping you do.
I'm not quite sure I could face this without the both of you.
[[With a sigh, she clicks the send button, gripping the shaft of weapon in her hands.]]
Thank you, at least, for accompanying me Soul.
