I'm glad your Wii quest went better than mine did. I can't wait.

I read!
That was quite a trek to come home empty handed, but you definitely have the right attitude about it.
I had fun looking for Wiis a week ago, even though I was pretty sure it wouldn't happen.
Your time will come!

Um.. yeah.
Unless home is Las Vegas, I don't think I'll be seeing you this Christmas ;-)

Your invitation is, however, much appreciated!

Damn, man, you're my second friend to have that kind of near Wii-less experience. My friend Phil got the last or second to last. I've heard from all sources that it's cool as hell, but I haven't tried it yet.

Yeah, I also got the last Gamecube when I got one on launch day.
Fate lets me know when it's time to make the jump ;-)

To update that last message, I played one at my friend Marc's house just last night. Very fun.

I'm glad that you didn't have to wear a flak jacket to get one. You haven't knocked over the 'Ming Vahh-zz' using the controls, have you? :)

No... the crowd was pretty tame.
Also pretty surreal though, as once they placed that ticket in my hand,
everyone to my left dispersed dissapointed,
and everyone to my right breathed a collective sigh of relief.

And the only thing I've knocked over so far is a bottle of pot ;-)

Oh no, I hope the bottle wasn't open, that's sacrilegious like spilling wine or liquor :( ... :)

Oh no... no spillage occured.
With a cat around, I mostly keep them sealed...
