Ok as a smoker, wouldn't say it is taking away a human right with banning smoking. The only thing that has pissed me off about this is that there is no choice, if i was given a choice about it then i would see it for both side and probably say the ban is wise but since i am not given a choice is the fact i am against the ban, plus with the ammount of smokers that are around maybe the bars/clubs themselves should have been allowed to choose if they want to ban smoking unless they are somewhere that serves food

Why the hell should there be any choice in the matter?

Should I be alowed to sigificantly contribute towardws causeing you potentially fatal illness and make your time out in public significantly less pleasant just to feed an adiction?

Setting asside the fact that smoking is an idiots game why the hell should I not be alowed to breath clean air when I go out? Smoking is the singularly least considerate habit known to man. TBH I won't be happy until there is a carpet ban on smoking in public full stop.

It the fact that we don't live under a dictator (altho you wouldn't guess it at times) so we are rightfully given a choice, since this is no different from any other goverment dessicion.

And if you were doing something that was causing me an illness then i would probably know better than to sit around you when it is happening but i wouldn't make it illegal cause i didn't like it.

Plus if you are looking forward to a all out smoking ban then you must be looking forward to your taxes going up since the ammount of money that the government makes off of people smoking, it will never happen.
