ah, ha I'm glad I can read what you're up to now. I didn't think of going on LJ until today.

Aren't cobbled lanes good, maybe we could make some at each others houses? probably a bad idea.

It's werid thinking of your at backpacker lounges,
maybe one day we could go on a tour together, and stay at cute b & bs.

The publishers might be having a 'bring your spouse' dinner thing, I said could I bring a friend because I don't have (or want!) a 'spouse', they said yes, so if the dates work for you I want you to be my guest. (good networking opp too?)

We should totally make cobbled lanes (though it might look a bit odd with the whole period look of your house...)

It's kind of weird *being* at backpackers places... I definitely agree. We could go to this gay b&b in cardiff that I heard about, and which has a dog. :)

When's the dinner? I'd be up for going... is it going to be a relaxed sort of thing? *has anxieties* :)
