Okay, I had one of the scariest moments of my life this morning. I wake up to my heart going off beat and i couldnt catch my breath. I was screaming for my mom to come in my room, and i told her what happened and i still couldnt take a deeep breath, or even catch my breath so then she called the doctor, then they told her they would call back. Sounds like you could have a heart murmur or it was a panic attack.

yeah it was reallly wierd. i dont think it was a panic attack, but when i was little, the doctor said i had a little bit of a murmur, but it would go away, and its getting progressively worse.
