I was going to do something productive this weekend, and I didn't. Which is kinda disappointing, I mean it wasn't an awful weekend but it wasn't good either. Pa gave me money for Valentines day which was nice under the stipulation that I go pick out flowers for dad cause he can't go out right now, and whatever's left over I get to keep and he gave

That's really sweet of your Pa to do that for your dad, as for finding blue roses this sounds weird but you might want to try one of the little Asian markets, they usually have great bouquets for really cheap and often dye flowers to make them more interesting.

Thats what I was thinking! Plus everything is cheap in chinatown and yeah, my pa's a good guy. He wanted to do it himself but he's on strict bedrest so I won't let him leave. Ha!

Ha I think so, but you know I mean like if I get a boyfriend I want him to be my boyfriend for a while not just for valentines.

Totally, he shouldn't have to put stress on his body for some silly sentimental holiday that is blown out of proportion by the food and card industry. Especially not when he's got you to pick stuff up for him. I like the idea of blue and yellow roses by the way, that's really unique.

Yeah I understand, I think if you were to find one just for that you might be disappointed. Then again, sometimes it seems worth it just to have people leave you alone about being single on Valentines Day....

Thanks! I think dad will appreciate it. Red roses are so washed out you know. I figured that blue and yellow would be much better!

Ha I'm a girl so I can ignore it. Guys can cause you know they don't care much it saves them money if you don't have a girl friend. But I'll get shit cause I'm a giiiiiirl and I'm allooooooone on valentiiiiiiines. It's so stupid.
