Ohh, I enjoyed this. It's a very well-written story, and I love your choice of words and the rhythm of your writing.
Favourite imagery was probably Harry kneeling in front of Dougie with a wad of tissues to clean his bloodied face.
The last line is possibly my favourite:
There’s a soft huff of air against his chest as Dougie tries to hold back a dozen responses at once. Harry grins, holds on tighter, and this is something like friendship, and something like love, hurtling through the city streets in the back of a stranger’s car, and it feels like home.
You have a very slow, luxurious way of writing, you take your time and don't rush from point to point. Very well done!

This was so amazing I couldn't form a suitable reply for over two weeks. Uh huh. Seriously.
That was absolutely beautiful. I know you're good but dayum, the attention to detail and description really worked and it was impossible not to get completely caught up in it all, with their dialogue and being boys and just, oh. *flings love at you*
And yay inevitable conclusion! Boykissing always makes things a little shinier, even if it doesn't magically fix it.
